Built the complete technical infrastructure for Nepal's first government-led public safety hackathon, including the official event website from the ground up organized by Nepal Police.
Developed an internal event management system to handle registrations, scheduling, and logistics for a large-scale, multi-team national event.
Built a Progressive Web App (PWA) for on-site QR/badge scanning, enabling fast, offline-capable check-ins at scale without requiring a native app install.
